Located in San Francisco's vibrant Castro neighborhood, this whole-home renovation focused on modernizing key living spaces while preserving the home's original character. The project combined thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and carefully selected finishes to create a more functional and refined living environment.

The scope included a complete primary bathroom renovation featuring custom tile work, waterproofing, updated plumbing fixtures, new lighting, improved ventilation, and custom finish carpentry. Throughout the home, the existing hardwood floors were carefully repaired and refinished, while new white oak flooring was seamlessly integrated into the kitchen to maintain continuity with the home's original architecture.

The living room was transformed with a custom fireplace renovation, featuring a handcrafted walnut mantel, porcelain tile surround, and concealed television wiring for a clean, contemporary focal point. Additional improvements included interior and exterior painting, electrical upgrades, custom trim and millwork, and the installation of a new stair runner that complements the home's timeless aesthetic.

From demolition through the final finishes, every phase of the renovation was carefully coordinated to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and lasting quality.
